These are the 2012-13 New Brunswick Junior Hockey League season standings. This was the league's innaugural season after becoming a mixed level (Junior B and Junior C levels) league. The league evolved out of the collapse of the New Brunswick Junior C Hockey League, which created a void in the province at junior C and the New Brunswick Junior B Hockey League was down to four true Junior B teams as the Hampton Hurricanes were the only team left from the Junior C level league and was playing in the Junior B league for the 2011-12 season.
