The Dayton Aeros disbanded after playing their November 11, 2012 game. The rest of their schedule was considered 1-0 forfeits. Their record at the time was 4-6-2 they scored 50 goals and allowed 76. The final standings above included the 36 forfeits.

The top four teams qualified for the playoffs. Each round was a best-of-three format.

- Tennyson Chevrolet defeated Soo Firehawks, two games to none, 7-1, 6-3
