Membership changes[]
- The Boston Jr. Blackhawks don't return after dopping out the previous season (ended up in International Junior Hockey League)
- The Springfield Jr. Pics withdrew to join the International Junior Hockey League
- The Norwich Ice Breakers withdrew
- The Maine Moose and the Webster Hockey Academy were announced as an expansion teams but do not play (both ended up in International Junior Hockey League)

Harrington College defeated Wooster 4-3 (ot) and South Jersey defeated Exeter (8-4) in the semifinals.
Harrington College wins the championship defeating South Jersey in the final 4-3
