The 2006–07 Yale Bulldogs men's ice hockey team represented Yale University in the 2006–07 NCAA Division I men's ice hockey season. The Bulldogs were coached by Keith Allain who was in his first season as head coach. The Bulldogs played their home games in Ingalls Rink and competed in the ECAC Hockey conference.

The Bulldogs posted a regular season record of 11 wins, 17 losses, and 3 ties. They were seeded tenth for the 2007 ECAC Hockey men's ice hockey tournament, losing their first round series to the Harvard Crimson.
