The 2003 Renwick Cup decided Central Canada's participant in the Bolton Cup.

Saguenay Paramedic was chosen to represent Quebec in the tournament, as they had a better record than the Sorel Royaux, and the other QSPHL teams registered at the Senior AAA level were busy with league playoffs (Pont-Rouge, Saint-Georges, Saint-Hyacinthe, Laval, and Thetford Mines).
