Slaats Cup Playoffs (Conference Tournament)[edit | edit source]
Format[edit | edit source]
The top four seeds qualify for the conference tournament. The #1 seed plays the #4 seed, #2 play #3, at the highest seeds rink in the conference semifinals. The semifinal winners meet for the conference championship.
The winner is awarded the Slaats Cup and advances to the 2003 NCAA Division III Women's Ice Hockey Tournament.

- Wisconsin-Stevens Point Pointers defeated Lake Forest Foresters 7-0
