- Manhattanville Valiants defeated Rensselaer Engineers 3-1
NCAA Tournament
The Manhattanville Valiants earned the conference bid to the 2003 NCAA Division III Women's Ice Hockey Tournament. They defeated the Williams Ephs 5-1 in the quarterfinals, defeated the Bowdoin Polar Bears 4-1 in the semifinals, and lost to the Elmira Soaring Eagles 5-1 in the national championship game.
