This is the 1999 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Men's Ice Hockey Tournament.  This was the league's first season of play.  The tournament champion did NOT receive an automatic bid to the 1999 NCAA Division I Men's Ice Hockey Tournament.

All eight teams qualified for the tournament. All rounds were single game sudden death.  The quarterfinal round was played at the home rink of the higher seed. The semifinal and final rounds were held at the Hart Center in Worcester, Massachusetts, the home rink of the Holy Cross Crusaders
