This is the 1999-00 North Central Junior Hockey League season. The league would be renamed the Noralta Junior Hockey League in 2003.

The Paul Band and Calahoo teams had left the league after the 1998-99 season.
Three teams are added to the league, SouthWest Zone Oil Kings, NWZ Blades, Oil Capital Wildcats.
