Conference Tournament[]
Format[]
The tournament is single elimination format. The top four teams in the standings qualify for the conference tournament. The top seed host the 4th seed and the 2nd seed host the 3rd seed in the semifinals. The higher seeded semifinal winner host the lower seeded semifinal winner in the conference championship. The conference champion was invited to the 2000 AWCHA Division III Women's Ice Hockey Tournament

AWCHA Division III Championship[]
The two best teams in the nation were invited to hold a best of three series for the national championship.
The Middlebury Panthers defeated the Augsburg Auggies 2 games to none (5-1, 8-1) in a series held at Matthews Arena on the campus of Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts March 24th and 25th 2000 to win the AWCHA Division III Championship.
