This is the 1998-99 Canada West Universities Athletic Association Women's season.

The season was made up of 2 tournament held during the season.  The first one was held January 21-24, 1999 at the University of Saskatchewan.  The second event was held February 11-14, 1999 at the University of Alberta completed each team's six game regular season schedule and also had the conference tournament to determine a representative at the Canadian Interuniversity Sport women's ice hockey Championship.
