The Central Amateur Senior Hockey League did not register for the 1993-94 season, therefore the Manitoba Amateur Hockey Association disbanded the league. The Lakers and the Mohawks both played an exhibition schedule during the regular season and faced off in the best of seven game series for the Manitoba Senior AAA Championship, Pattison Cup.
