The 1994 Allan Cup was held in Warroad, Minnesota and was hosted by the Warroad Lakers who played under the sanction of the Manitoba Amateur Hockey Association. No teams from Eastern Canada participated in qualifying thus negating the need for a qualifying tournament for the Western Regional spot in the tournament

The Unity Miners qualified for the 1994 Allan Cup as Saskatchewan provincial champions and in the Western Regional spot in the tournament.
