The Lang Combines, Milestone Flyers, Radville Nationals and Rouleau Ramblers are confirmed to have participated in the league. It is probable that the following teams also played in the league as they played in the 1978-79 and 1980-81 seasons: Avonlea Arrows, Wilcox Hounds, and the Yellow Grass Wheat Kings. It is also possible that the Sedley Mohawks played in the league as they played during the 1978-79 season but not the 1980-81 season.
