The 1974–75 Vancouver Blazers season was the 3rd and final season of the Blazers franchise in the World Hockey Association (WHA), having been the Philadelphia Blazers two seasons before. The Blazers finished 4th in the Canadian Division and did not qualify for the playoffs.

The Blazers jerseys underwent a significant overall from those used since the Philadelphia Blazers 1972-73 season. The colour scheme remained the same except for the additions of black, used to outline the numbers, logo and added to the socks. The shoulder yolk numbers were moved to the sleeves and the names were given a unique font and a nameplate added to the orange primarily away jersey. Finally, the logo, which had been horizontal, became a slanted "BLAZERS" and the puck was moved to under the "L", which was made to resemble a hockey stick.
