Montreal Junior Canadiens beat Regina Pats 4 wins to none.
Montreal Junior Canadiens won the Memorial Cup.
Note: This was the first (and last) final to be held in both Eastern and Western Canada. The Canadian Amateur Hockey Association decided to play two games in Montreal because the Junior Canadiens were drawing very well during the season. The only other playoff series to be split between east and west were the 1947-48 Western Canada Memorial Cup Playoffs final and the 1950-51 Alexander Cup semi final.
