This is the 1967-68 Manitoba Junior Hockey League Season.

MAHA Notes[]

The Manitoba Amateur Hockey Association agreed to allowed three teams to enter the Western Canada Junior Hockey League, the Brandon Wheat Kings and the Flin Flon Bombers from the MJHL, and a new team, the Ben Hatskin's owned Winnipeg Jets. Hatskin, who also owned three MJHL teams, was forced to sell these teams to local interests, or the MAHA would block the Jets from entering the WCJHL.


This was the beginning of the Modern Era in the MJHL

League Notes[]

Brandon Wheat Kings and Flin Flon Bombers transfered to Western Canada Junior Hockey League.
St. James Braves were sold and renamed St. James Canadians.
Winnipeg Rangers were sold and renamed St. Boniface Saints.
Winnipeg Warriors were sold and renamed West Kildonan North Stars.
Selkirk Steelers withdrew and joined Central Manitoba Junior Hockey League.
