This is a list of Central Junior A Hockey League Standings for the 1967-68 season. The league was the only Junior A level league under the jurisdiction of the Ottawa District Hockey Association and the league playoffs doubled as the Ottawa District Junior Playoffs to determine its representative in the 1967-68 Eastern Canada Memorial Cup Playoffs.
