Morrisburg Combines beat Ottawa Montagnards 4 games to 1.

Kingston had its second win nullified beacause it played Dick Cherry who was ineligible as a reinstated pro. After Kingston won the next two games without Cherry Hull conceded the series without a replay.
Cherry's application for reinstatement as an amateur had come on Feb. 16 - 15 days after the deadline.
Kingston Aces beat Hull Volants 4 games to 0.
