Penticton V's beat Spokane Flyers 4 wins to 3, 1 tie.
Penticton V's advanced to the 1952-53 Western Canada Allan Cup Playoffs.
Note:This was the first time that the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association allowed an American team (in this case Spokane) into the national playoffs. However, the CAHA insisted that all playoff games above the league level had to be played in Canada. This is why there were no games in this series in Spokane.
