Calgary Buffalos beat Moose Jaw Canucks 2 wins to none.
After the final, Calgary Buffalos & Moose Jaw Canucks advanced to their respective provincial playoffs. Calgary advanced to the 1948-49 Alberta Junior Playoffs and Moose Jaw advanced to the 1948-49 Saskatchewan Junior Playoffs.
They each won their provinces and eventually met again in the Western Memorial Cup Final, which Calgary won.
