The Verdun team received permission from the Quebec Amateur Hockey Association to play in this league.

The Verdun Rams folded in December because of poor play and attendance. Their record was erased.
Notes on Playoff Structure[]
The way the playoffs were set up was to minimize travel expenses. Cornwall, being the out-of-town team, received a bye in the quarter finals in which the four Hull-Ottawa teams played. Cornwall played the lower ranking quarter final survivor in the semi final.
