The Shawinigan Tech team became the first team outside of Montreal to be admitted to the JAHA. They played 3 games (1-1-1) before dropping from the league in January. They were going to play a reduced schedule because of travel expenses and the league champion would have been determined on a percentage basis. Tech's games were removed from the records.
