All games were played at the Mount Royal Arena in Montreal except for the home games of Valleyfield and Iberville.

The February 23rd game was protested by Verdun because the referee was actually registered as a Valleyfield player. It was rescheduled to be played on February 27th @ Montreal. The Valleyfield players could not make it because of the weather. The two teams could not agree on a new date and place.
Because of a tight deadline, the league ended this series and declared Iberville as the champion.
Iberville advanced to the 1935-36 Quebec Senior Playoffs.
