The University of Alberta played in the Edmonton City League and then entered the 1934-35 Alberta Intermediate Playoffs.
The University of Saskatchewan played in the Nortern Saskatchewan Senior League.
The University of Manitoba entered a junior team in the Manitoba Junior League. This team, with some additions, played two games @ Minneapolis, Minnesota against the University of Minnesota.
