This is the 1934-35 Intermediate Intercollegiate Series.
The Ontario teams usually in the Western Section again did not enter this league. The University of Western Ontario, McMaster University, and University of Waterloo all played in the 1934-35 OHA Intermediate A Groups in the Ontario Hockey Association. The Ontario Agricultural College and University of Toronto II were not entered.
McGill and Queen's had first teams in the CIAU and their second teams here. McGill's second team also played in the Montreal City & District League.
Montreal's first team played here and in the Montreal City & District League.
