The league champion was St. Charles. They participated in the 1933-34 Ottawa District Intermediate Playoffs, where they were defeated in the semi-final round by the Ottawa City Intermediate League champion Ottawa Montcalms 14 goals to 6 (3-2, 11-4) in a 2 games total goals series.
