This is a list of the teams that were eligible in the 1932-33 season for the Allan Cup, emblematic of the senior amateur hockey championship of Canada.

The list is not complete. There are three leagues in Quebec and one in the Ottawa District of which the full list of teams is not currently available. There are 174 teams on the list.

Intermediate teams in Western Canada had stopped competing for the Cup after 1931-32, instead playing off for the Western Canada Intermediate Championship. Intermediate teams still played for the Allan Cup in Quebec and the Ottawa District, which accounts for the large number of teams in the regions.

There were ten districts in Canada, five in the west and five in the east.
