There were only four teams entered this season:

In the case of Queen's and Toronto, it was their second teams that entered this league. Their first teams played in the 1922-23 CIAU Season. The second teams also played in the 1922-23 OHA Intermediate Groups play.

OAC and RMC entered their first teams here.
