The East Kootenay Senior Hockey League (also called the Selkirk League) was played for the 1922-23 season with the following teams:

- Kimberley Concentrator Club
- Wycliffe, British Columbia
Cranbrook won the league championship and advanced to meet Nelson for the McBride Cup. Kimberley entered the 1922-23 British Columbia Senior Playoffs.
