The 1922–23 Hamilton Tigers season was the team's 3rd year in the National Hockey League (NHL). The Tigers finished in last place and did not qualify for the playoffs.
The Tigers would change their jerseys four times in the five seasons they spent in the NHL. For their second and third seasons, their jerseys changed from vertical to horizontal gold and black stripes. The logo changed from a tiger head to the profile of a full tiger. The black and gold striped socks and white pants remained unchanged.
