Ontario: Hamilton Tigers
Note: There was a dispute between Ontario, on the one hand, and Ottawa & Quebec, on the other. This involved exhibition games played against alleged professionals on American-based teams by Ottawa & Quebec teams and player raiding by various teams. The Ottawa & Quebec teams refused to take part in the Allan Cup playoffs and Ontario would not accept them.
Hamilton Tigers advanced to the 1918-19 Allan Cup.
