Šimon Kubíček was born on December 19, 2001 in Jindřichův Hradec. He is a Czech ice hockey defenceman currently playing for the HC Stadion Litoměřice of the Chance Liga.
Club career[]
Kubíček began his junior career in the KLH Jindřichův Hradec organisation and in 2015, he moved to the Motor České Budějovice organisation.
In 2018, Kubíček moved to North America to play with Seattle Thunderbirds of the WHL for two seasons.
In 2020, Kubíček moved back to Europe to play with the HC Stadion Litoměřice of the Chance Liga.
International career[]
Kubíček played at the 2017 World U17 Hockey Challenge, 2019 World U18 Championship and 2020 World Junior Championship as a member of the Czech National Team.
